REFUNDS/RETURNS

 

Flowers and Gifts

Due to the nature of our perishable posies, we do not offer returns. Our bunches are market fresh each day, meaning if you pre-order you will receive the bunch we create on the day you have selected. You cannot select the type, quantity or size of the flowers that are included.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, simply contact us on hello@theposyco.com.au or by phone on 1300 789 431 and we will gladly replace your posy with our next Daily Posy.

Workshops

Should you be unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily refund the cost of your ticket, or transfer to our next workshop. In the event of the cancellation of a workshop, by The Posy Co., you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.

FAQS

Can I select which flowers I send?

No. We create just one unique style of posy each weekday using the freshest and prettiest blooms available. You (and we) won’t know what we’ll offer until the evening prior, but you can view some of our previous bunches on our past posies page. If the Daily Posy doesn’t take your fancy, you can also order from our colour palette options – we offer native flowers, moody flowers, bright flowers, all white and pastel posies. We also have larger arrangements on display in our shop at 34 Cribb Street, Landsborough.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver from Beerwah to Doonan including Noosa! Free delivery applies to all orders! If your suburb or postcode isn’t listed, please keep checking back as we are expanding and adding to our route when we can. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn’t listed without checking with us first.

What days do you operate?

We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. If you order for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday we will deliver your posy the next business day.

Have a special event on a weekend and really want some blooms? Drop us an email to hello@theposyco.com.au – we’ll except special orders for weekends with two weeks notice.

Do you have an order deadline?

We will stop taking orders for same day delivery at 11.30am local time, or earlier if we sell out. If you miss the cut off, you’ll be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.

If a daily posy is sold out, you will be unable to place an order for delivery that day. If you place an order as a pre order after the posy of the day sells out, that order is automatically transferred to the following business day. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we are unable to contact each and every person who orders a posy in this circumstance. By proceeding with a purchase through The Posy Co. Sunshine Coast, you agree to all terms and conditions of sale.

Can I order for a later date?

Yes. You can purchase a pre-order posy to be delivered one or more days in advance.

What time will my posy be delivered?

Posies will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 12.30-5.30 pm on the day you request them to be delivered.

What if nobody is home?

If there’s nobody to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know on the order page.

Can I order a flower subscription to start today?

We generally need at least a day’s notice to begin your flower subscription, so if you choose today’s date as a start date, we cannot guarantee your first posy will arrive that day. If it doesn’t, it will arrive the following business day.

What if a posy purchased as part of a subscription is due to be delivered on a public holiday, over the christmas period or while I’m away?

If one of your four or ten posies is due on a public holiday or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day, and your subscription will resume on the normal day the next week. If you’re going away, send us an email and we’ll pop your subscription on hold until you return.
