Refunds/Returns

Flowers and Gifts

Due to the nature of our perishable posies, we do not offer returns. Our bunches are market fresh each day, meaning if you pre-order you will receive the bunch we create on the day you have selected. You cannot select the type, quantity or size of the flowers that are included.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, simply contact us on hello@theposyco.com.au or by phone on 1300 789 431Β and we will gladly replace your posy with our next Posy of the Day.

Workshops

Should you be unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily refund the cost of your ticket, or transfer to our next workshop. In the event of the cancellation of a workshop, by The Posy Co., you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.
