I live in NSW and was anxious about finding the right company for this gift, a lot of companies send out something alot smaller, etc than pictured. I had also made a request to swap out the citrus soak for something else. The customer service was fast and friendly and accommodating. The order arrived perfectly and mum absolutely adored it.
