Do you charge a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery to many areas, however, some areas do attract a delivery fee to cover the cost of delivery.
Priority and Express delivery options from our Sunshine Coast studio incur additional fees. Please check the checkout page for specific rates, or feel free to contact us for more details.
Our premium hand delivery includes delivery from our courier, real-time tracking, live delivery ETA, email and SMS notifications and access to live chat with our customer service team.
If your order can't be delivered the first time, you may also incur a delivery fee for us to try again. As the courier needs to be paid for each delivery, this is unavoidable in most circumstances.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays for most of our locations.
Our Sunshine Coast studio has Saturday delivery available. Order cut-off is 10am.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we certainly do. To allow for a smooth delivery process we ask that you provide as much detail as possible. We require the hospital name, the recipient's surname and the ward. Please note that some specialty wards do not allow flower delivery, we recommend checking this prior to ordering.
Do you deliver to schools?
We deliver to schools, but we can't guarantee our delivery times. We always endeavour to deliver to schools first, but as every day is different, we can't predict or guarantee your delivery.
Please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We also ask that you include the school details in the address to help us identify this in your order.
Will you leave the order if no one is home?
We always try to leave your delivery somewhere safe if there is nobody home during delivery. Our couriers collect proof of delivery when the order has to be left.
Do you have delivery tracking?
We certainly do! You'll receive emails and SMS from us when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. You'll be able to see an estimated delivery window that is updated in real-time as the courier progresses with their deliveries.
Can I ask for a specific delivery time?
