Is delivery included in the price?
The prices on our website do not include delivery. We have a flat rate delivery fee of $15 which is charged during checkout.
What time will my order be delivered?
There are different order cut-off times for different suburbs. Our drivers are on the road from 10:30am to 5:30pm weekdays. Available delivery time slots are displayed on the cart page.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Unfortunately we can't accommodate specific delivery time requests (such as a 2pm delivery time). Available delivery time slots are displayed on the cart page based on the delivery post code.
How do I get same day delivery?
Simply order before the suburbs cut-off time and we'll deliver your order on the same day, unless sold out sooner. On the cart page you'll see available delivery dates and times when you enter the delivery post code.
Do you have order tracking?
Yes we do! Once the driver leaves our studio you'll receive an email with a tracking link. This will give you an estimated delivery time that updates throughout the day as the driver completes their deliveries.
